Hello, I am Colleen Chin.
I’m a Senior UX Designer who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. My approach blends empathy and strategy — helping teams uncover insights, align on vision, and design experiences that scale with purpose.
Outside of work, I stay curious — whether I’m at the gym chasing a new goal or exploring new ways to stay creatively inspired.

My Journey
From the fashion floor to digital experiences, my journey has always centered on understanding people — what they need, value, and choose.
I began my career in the fashion business, spending over a decade designing, marketing, and merchandising for global brands like Gap, Ralph Lauren, and J.Crew. Working with everyday products that shape how people feel and express themselves taught me how to balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals — lessons that deeply influence how I design today.
As a Senior UX Designer, I bring that same focus on human behavior and thoughtful execution to digital products. My work bridges complexity and clarity, helping teams align around insights and create scalable experiences that feel intuitive, inclusive, and purposeful.
“Design is everywhere — from the dress you’re wearing to the smartphone you’re holding.”

Design Foundations
Before entering the world of digital experience design, I spent over a decade working in the fashion business — creating color stories, material compositions, and seasonal collections for everyday wear.
That experience shaped how I think about harmony, hierarchy, and detail — qualities that now influence how I design interfaces, systems, and user experiences that feel cohesive and intuitive.
